With experience in M&A and strategy, Anda has skilfully led and managed numerous businesses. Her passion lies in optimizing businesses, be it through fostering growth, launching innovative products, enhancing operational efficiency, or instigating positive cultural transformations.

Within the team Anda plays a pivotal role, overseeing EBC’s operations and back office. Anda and the back office team ensure that we consistently deliver excellence to both clients and candidates, prioritizing a seamless experience and people-centric values in all that we do.
