We’re seeking an experienced and mission-driven Associate Director of Scientific Programs to help lead strategic research initiatives at the intersection of energy, environmental health, and policy. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and oversee daily execution of scientific projects
  • Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
  • Maintain internal quality control and ensure scientific integrity across all projects
  • Collaborate with academic partners, NGOs, and industry stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities; contribute to grant writing
  • Translate complex research findings into public-facing content, reports, and presentations
  • Mentor junior researchers and support a collaborative team culture

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required; PhD preferred in climate, energy, environmental science, or public health
  • 5–7 years of applied research experience in relevant fields
  • Strong background in data interpretation, project coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Familiarity with science-policy integration and community engagement is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary research efforts
