What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and close new business with manufacturers, co-packers, processors, and distribution facilities.
- Present tailored proposals that integrate waste diversion, recycling, and sustainability programs into client operations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers across your territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, supported by robust operational and technical teams.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in environmental services, organic waste management, or experience selling into food manufacturing and processing.
- Strong hunter mentality with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
