Job Description
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager for the largest organics-focused recycling and waste services provider in New England. This high-growth company serves the food, beverage, grocery, and industrial sectors, offering end-to-end solutions from bulk liquid hauling and green waste management to product destruction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business across MA, RI, and CT within food, beverage, retail, and industrial sectors
- Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, site visits, and build pipeline from the ground up
- Close contracts and manage customer onboarding alongside internal ops teams
- Track activity benchmarks and progress in CRM
- Represent the brand with professionalism, urgency, and energy
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of outside sales experience, ideally in:
- Waste & recycling services (organics, MSW, hauling, etc.)
- Food & beverage services (packaging, logistics, commercial equipment)
- Proven new business development skills and track record of exceeding targets
- High drive and accountability—motivated by uncapped earnings
- Based in or willing to commute to Boston 1x per week
- Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped commissions; OTE between $200K–$300K
- Base salary + car allowance, laptop, and phone provided
