Job Description
As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex industrial energy projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met without compromising quality. You’ll oversee cross-functional teams, third-party contractors, and vendors, often managing multiple projects at once while driving clear objectives and maintaining high standards throughout each phase.
This role plays a central part in the launch of a new integrated EPC division, created in response to rapid growth and a consistently expanding pipeline of global projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop structured project plans including budgets, milestones, and schedules.
- Manage risks, technical constraints, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and expectations.
- Track project performance and ensure financial accuracy and profitability.
- Lead internal and external meetings to drive clarity and accountability.
- Provide executive-level progress reports and project metrics.
- Contribute to team growth through feedback and involvement in performance reviews.
- Monitor pricing and billing practices to support financial integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or 5+ years of hands-on construction project management experience in technical or industrial sectors.
- Proven leadership experience in EPC or energy-related environments.
- Strong organizational and project execution skills.
- Formal training in project management principles and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship offered).
- Must possess or be eligible for a valid U.S. passport.
- Willing and able to travel as needed for project delivery.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to interpret technical documentation (e.g., manuals, safety protocols).
- Clear and professional report-writing and correspondence capabilities.
- Strong numerical reasoning with knowledge of percentages, measurements, and volume.
- Familiarity with core technical subjects including thermodynamics, electricity, and chemistry.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and sound decision-making under pressure.
