Job Description
We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar EPC projects in the energy sector. This position is responsible for delivering projects on-time and within budget, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing external contractors, and ensuring quality from kickoff through completion. You may be assigned multiple projects concurrently depending on the scale.

With a robust project portfolio and an expanding order pipeline, they are building a fully integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) team to drive scalable growth in energy infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, task breakdowns, schedules, and milestones.
- Identify risks, resource needs, and constraints across all project dimensions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear alignment on expectations.
- Lead financial oversight of project budgets, billing, and profitability metrics.
- Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings to drive accountability and transparency.
- Provide regular status updates and performance reports to executive stakeholders.
- Support and mentor team members, contributing to performance reviews and skill development.
- Ensure accurate pricing, billing, and change management processes are followed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or 5+ years’ direct experience managing complex industrial projects.
- Demonstrated project leadership in technically complex environments (EPC or Energy preferred).
- Proficient in project planning tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for project oversight and execution.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid passport.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and create professional reports and correspondence.
- Solid command of project math: percentages, measurements, volume, area, and technical formulas.
- Working understanding of algebra, geometry, thermodynamics, chemistry, and electricity.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical variables.
