The primary role of the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor involves troubleshooting and analyzing deviations in equipment performance, ensuring that the electrical equipment at the sites operates excellently and always remains available for use.

Below is a list of the key responsibilities for the role, whilst not exhaustive, that you’ll need to be able to perform.

• Overseeing a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Guiding internal and external resources to meet both short-term and long-term site objectives in safety, environmental compliance, reliability, availability, and cost control.
• Enhancing site maintenance efficiency.
• Enhancing technicians’ expertise and knowledge.
• Creating uniform processes, procedures, and techniques to ensure consistency.
• Utilizing advanced leadership skills for employee development and performance management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 4+ years of operations, electrical, and I&C experience with specific skills in troubleshooting AC/DC motors/controllers, Medium/High voltage circuit breakers, and general electrical maintenance standards. Knowledge of process management concepts and excellent communication skills are also key for this role.
