Job Description
We are hiring a General Manager to oversee operations in the electrical services sector. This remote leadership role carries full P&L responsibility and offers the chance to lead a high-performing team, drive growth, and deliver operational excellence across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and financial performance across assigned regions
- Lead and develop remote teams with a strong focus on results and accountability
- Oversee quoting, estimating, and sales execution
- Strengthen client relationships and ensure high service standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, HSEQ, DOT)
- Align operations with business goals and support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments
- Deliver timely operational and financial reporting
What You Bring
- 10+ years in electrical services or a related field
- Experience leading P&L and achieving financial targets
- Strong skills in team leadership, estimating, and customer engagement
- Knowledge of compliance standards and job execution best practices
- Union experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Comfortable managing remote teams and distributed operations
