Job Description

We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing Las Vegas-based company across all core areas of HR and Talent Acquisition. This is a hybrid role ideal for a hands-on HR professional who excels in recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to reporting and continuous improvement — in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Administer benefits, payroll data, reimbursements, and HRIS updates
  • Ensure HR compliance and maintain up-to-date employee records
  • Manage HR reporting, KPIs, and improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a company ambassador at events and in employee communications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance employee experience
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable labor laws and assist in audits

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in ADP (required) and other HRIS systems
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Process improvement mindset with a focus on employee engagement
  • Knowledge of California Labor Compliance (highly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
