Job Description
We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing Las Vegas-based company across all core areas of HR and Talent Acquisition. This is a hybrid role ideal for a hands-on HR professional who excels in recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to reporting and continuous improvement — in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer benefits, payroll data, reimbursements, and HRIS updates
- Ensure HR compliance and maintain up-to-date employee records
- Manage HR reporting, KPIs, and improvement initiatives
- Serve as a company ambassador at events and in employee communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance employee experience
- Maintain knowledge of applicable labor laws and assist in audits
What You Bring
- 3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience
- Proficiency in ADP (required) and other HRIS systems
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Process improvement mindset with a focus on employee engagement
- Knowledge of California Labor Compliance (highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
