Location: Minneapolis, MN
We are seeking a highly skilled Integrity Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying integrity threats, supporting field inspection activities, and executing detailed integrity inspection plans to ensure the safety and reliability of pipeline and pressure vessel systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corrosion, materials, inspection, and integrity engineering within the energy sector and a strong understanding of relevant industry codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess integrity threats related to pipeline and pressure vessel systems.
- Provide engineering support and coordinate field inspection activities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive integrity inspection plans.
- Perform fitness-for-service evaluations and root cause analysis (RCA) of inspection findings.
- Select and apply appropriate inspection and indirect survey techniques.
- Support and assess In-Line Inspection (ILI) projects.
- Evaluate pipeline damage and determine fitness for continued service.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Proficiency in industry regulations and standards, including CFR 193, CFR 192, CFR 195, CFR 1910, API 570, API 510, API 579, ASME B31.8, ASME B31.8S, and ASME B31G.
- 5+ years of experience in materials, corrosion, inspection, and/or integrity engineering.
- Experience managing, planning, and executing preventative maintenance or integrity programs in the energy sector pipeline environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred, or the ability to obtain PE certification within one year.
- Experience working as a consulting engineer or in a seconded role.
