Job Description

We’re hiring a Maintenance Planner for a leading global industrial materials company whose products are critical to the modern economy and carbon reduction efforts.

In this role, you will take ownership of the plant’s maintenance planning function to ensure equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency. You’ll use SAP PM to develop, coordinate, and manage both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, working closely with technicians, engineers, and procurement teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans using SAP PM
  • Generate, track, and close work orders with accurate documentation
  • Coordinate timing, resources, and scheduling across departments to execute maintenance activities
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and issue purchase requests as needed
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and reduce unplanned downtime
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in safety audits and promote compliance with best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Comfortable analyzing data and contributing to process improvements
