Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding & Advanced Manufacturing

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, extruders, and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues quickly to reduce downtime
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimise machine performance
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in plastics or advanced manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, and automated systems (a plus)
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility for varied shifts and occasional emergency response
