As part of a newly built commercial team, you’ll have the autonomy to shape your strategy, build custom client programs, and operate with a broker-style approach.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing strategic accounts
- Develop waste-to-value and recycling programs for industrial and commercial clients
- Build relationships across sectors like manufacturing, logistics, retail, and food & beverage
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Drive profitable growth and margin retention across all deals
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset to scale innovative solutions
What You Bring
- Experience in business development or national account sales within waste, recycling, or environmental services
- Proven success securing and expanding commercial client relationships
- Understanding of brokered waste solutions and sustainability-driven programs
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Based in the Midwest or East Coast with willingness to travel as needed
