Job Description

We’re hiring an OEM Sales Representative on behalf of a well-established industrial manufacturer. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment and wants to make a direct impact on long-term business development.

You’ll manage and grow OEM accounts, working closely with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions that integrate into customer systems. This is a remote role with regular travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow relationships with key OEM clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
  • Partner with engineering and technical teams to meet customer specifications
  • Travel to customer sites, tradeshows, and industry events (up to 50%)

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in OEM or B2B sales within the industrial or manufacturing space
  • Direct experience selling pump systems or related engineered products
  • Proven track record of managing technical or customized product sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter mindset with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
