Process Technician – Manufacturing | Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Ellaway Blues Consulting is hiring on behalf of our client for a Process Technician in Dallas-Fort Worth. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting production efficiency, quality, and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece start-up verification to ensure equipment and settings meet specifications.
• Maintain and update process monitoring sheets during mold, material, or insert changes.
• Conduct process verification checks and log results according to requirements.
• Support operators with product and process troubleshooting.
• Complete first-piece approval documentation.
• Report and initiate work orders for machine or tool repairs.
• Verify and adjust end-of-arm tooling for robots, including programming adjustments.
• Set up decorating equipment as required per process documentation.
• Verify Bill of Materials (BOM) for accuracy.
• Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or minimum 3 months’ relevant experience/training.
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety rules, and instructions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. with regular bending, twisting, and walking.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across operators, engineers, and leadership.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.
