Program Manager – Aerospace Construction

We’re seeking a hands-on Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-impact construction projects for a prestigious aerospace client in South Texas. You’ll deliver infrastructure that supports some of the most ambitious engineering missions in the country.

This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to lead multi-discipline builds, spanning heavy civil, industrial, commercial, and mechanical projects, while managing profitability, client relations, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own profit, performance, and delivery across a major construction program
• Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across concurrent projects
• Oversee diverse projects, including industrial facilities, mechanical systems, and commercial builds
• Maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, estimators, and site supervisors
• Participate directly in estimating, scheduling, resource planning, and contract administration

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success as a Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong background in heavy civil, industrial, mechanical, or commercial construction
• Expertise in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and technical oversight
• Hands-on leadership style suited for demanding, fast-paced projects
• Ability to collaborate with a dynamic, younger engineering team culture
• Willingness to relocate to South Texas for a long-term program opportunity
