Their materials are essential to the low-carbon, electrified technologies that power modern life, which you will find in products from electric cars to wind turbines.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the execution and delivery of small-to-medium scale capital projects within a greenfield manufacturing facility. This role will involve direct oversight of project execution, from conception to commissioning, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The position requires strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including design firms, OEMs, EPC contractors, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary accountability for the execution of assigned projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of Project Management processes and procedures.
  • Monitoring and managing engineering, procurement, and construction progress, and developing strategies to mitigate project risks and areas of concern.
  • Examining and advising on proposed alterations to the project scope to assess their validity and potential impact, then ensuring their efficient and cost-conscious integration upon approval.
  • Effectively and transparently communicating with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and conciseness in all aspects of project delivery.
  • Assisting in conceptualizing and developing upcoming projects, which involves spearheading discussions with potential contractors and vendors, as well as estimating anticipated costs and timelines for prospective projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, along with 5+ years of experience in a project leadership role within industrial and high-tech manufacturing environments. Capital project experience and familiarity with commissioning and start-up processes are preferred.

In return, you’ll be offered the opportunity to join a company experiencing exponential growth, providing an accelerated career path alongside a strong benefits package, including PTO and bonus options.
