A well-established structural engineering firm is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer to join as a Project Manager / Professional Engineer. This role involves leading a team of 1-3 staff members, ensuring successful project execution while maintaining efficiency and quality. Since 2005, this firm has been at the forefront of structural engineering, providing innovative solutions in commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, and renewable energy markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and drafters to execute structural engineering projects
- Conduct structural analysis, designs, calculations, and detailing
- Review project contracts, change orders, and scopes of work
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- Licensed PE in California (Civil or Structural)
- 5+ years of structural engineering design experience
- Project management & leadership experience
- Expertise in residential, commercial, education, and/or solar projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2015+), Enercalc, RISA, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Adobe
