Senior Civil Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Civil Design Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team delivering complex infrastructure and utility projects. In this role, you’ll play a key part in project planning, design coordination, and client communications, while also contributing to the development of technical standards and construction documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed civil engineering analyses and prepare comprehensive design documentation
- Coordinate project scope, schedules, and budgets with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Define and manage civil design requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Organize and facilitate project design review meetings to ensure alignment and quality
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable regulatory, safety, and industry standards
- Prepare construction material specifications, technical standards, and related documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil design engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred; Structural Engineer (S.E.) license strongly preferred
- Proven experience in site development, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and technical reporting
- Skilled in both independent work and team-based project environments
- Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, MathCAD, Excel, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS is preferred
